Refund Policy

Bold Botanicals does not offer refunds on fresh or dried floral bouquets. If you are unsatisfied with the lifespan or quality of your blooms, please contact the florist in the first instance to discuss. We will ask for photos and return of the flowers of any issues presented, so that we can find a resolution.

You can expect your blooms to last 4 days minimum, noting that different flower types will have different lifespans. For example, Peonies are known to have a short vase life. For best value and longevity in your vase, we recommend Australian native flowers which average up to 3 weeks. Check our Google reviews where our customers have detailed the quality of our flowers.
 
Flowers will always last longer if they are well looked after. Bold Botanicals is not responsible for lack of care once delivered, such as not placing in fresh water daily, trimming stems or a spike in temperature. Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and strong draughts. Our blog contains care tips and flower food recipes to increase the lifespan of your flowers.
However if you have any concerns please contact the florist so that we can help you rectify these situations if possible.

A care instruction card will be tied to your bouquet with clear instructions on prolonging the lifespan of your flowers.

Bold Botanicals cannot guarantee the exact colour or variations of any flower, plant or product used in the arrangements. All natural products grown by nature are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products will ever be the same. We will substitute if necessary based on what is available at markets.

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can organise to re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost.
