Refund Policy
Bold Botanicals does not offer refunds on fresh or dried floral bouquets. If you are unsatisfied with the lifespan or quality of your blooms, please contact the florist in the first instance to discuss. We will ask for photos and return of the flowers of any issues presented, so that we can find a resolution.
A care instruction card will be tied to your bouquet with clear instructions on prolonging the lifespan of your flowers.
Bold Botanicals cannot guarantee the exact colour or variations of any flower, plant or product used in the arrangements. All natural products grown by nature are subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products will ever be the same. We will substitute if necessary based on what is available at markets.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions. If the wrong delivery address is given we can organise to re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost.
