Fresh Flower Delivery

We offer Home or Office Delivery for fresh flower orders from our Online Shop. Our studio pickup is Shop 1, 1-11 Canterbury Rd, Canterbury (Hurlstome Park). There is NO FEE for pickup Wednesday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.

What areas do we deliver to?

Limited local area for Retail gifting Wednesday to Friday only.

All of Sydney metropolitan: for funerals, weddings and events.

Bespoke weddings we travel further afield to the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands and coastal, and the Blue Mountains.

Retail gifting: We service our local communities of inner west, inner city and inner south Sydney.

What days do you deliver flowers?

Wednesday to Friday for gifting and corporate fresh flowers

Monday to Saturday Wedding packages, Event and Funerals

Can you deliver the same day I order flowers?

Not at this time. We ask for two days advance notice, as your order will be freshly sourced. This ensures we remain a low wastage studio and premium flower longevity in your vase.

Do we send flowers via a courier?

Sometimes we do! You will likely see Suzanne and Betty White the greyhound! Getting the flowers to you safely and well hydrated is our #1 goal and part of our Premium Floral Service.

What if the recipient is not home and lives in an apartment building?

Great question!
If you know the recipient is at work - please send the gift to their work address instead. We would love for you to include the recipients' MOBILE NUMBER too.

If we cannot access a safe place to leave the flowers at their front door, such as via a neighbour or in the building foyer - a full re-delivery fee will be incurred. You can make notes about access on CART CHECKOUT.

We will not be responsible for flowers going missing if we need to leave them at a door, or degradation from heat. We will send a picture via mobile phone to you, to confirm delivery has occurred.

Are there dates you do not deliver?

Yes - we occasionally block out dates we have booked weddings or events. Our calender will always be up to date one calender month in advance. Special Dates such as Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas will have custom dates and times available.

Can you offer before or after hours delivery?

Depending on our schedule - yes we can! Please make a note in the CHECKOUT CART.

Particularly in the Summer months, this is a great idea and we often deliver late afternoon to avoid the heat on your flowers.

What days and times can I pickup from the studio?

We are a Studio at Shop 1, 1-11 Canterbury Rd, Canterbury 2193.

Standard business hours are 9am to 5pm. Please let us know if the flowers need to be ‘wet-wrapped’ for travel beyond 30 minutes.

Postage

We post products such as art prints, homewares and gifting items twice per week in batches via Sendle. You will be sent a tracking number automatically when the order is placed. We cannot send to PO Boxes at this time with our selected carrier. You can select Studio pickup as a free option, if you are near Canterbury NSW 2193.
